How long does it take?
Wash-by-the-kilo is ready in 24 hours. Washing and ironing individual garments takes 48 hours, and dry cleaning up to 72 hours. If you need it sooner, message us and we'll see if we can rush it.
How can I pay?
We accept Yape, credit or debit card, and cash when you pick up at the shop.
How do I know how much I'll pay before you take my clothes?
We weigh and check your garments at your door, right in front of you, and give you the exact amount before taking them. If you're not happy with it, no problem, and there's no charge.
What if a garment gets lost or damaged?
We tag every garment when we receive it and log your order with a photo. In the rare case of loss or damage caused by us, we respond according to our guarantee policy. Let us know within 48 hours of getting your clothes back.
Do you work with businesses, restaurants or Airbnb hosts?
Yes. We handle recurring volume for hotels, restaurants, gyms and rental apartments, with contract pricing. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll put together a proposal for you.
Is there a minimum for wash-by-the-kilo?
The minimum is 3 kilos, that is S/ 36 per order. For less than that, per-garment washing is the better option.
